VehicleViewer AGR-GPS Debietmeters

The VehicleViewer Debietmeters application facilitates the work of farmers despite the mandatory use of flowmeters for organic fertilisers.

Why use VehicleViewer Debietmeters?

From 1 January 2022, all organic fertiliser flows (slurry, manure) will have to pass through flow meters. All installations storing manure will have to be equipped with an electronic flow meter and connected to the internet. For solid manure, tracing will be done via weighing scales also connected to the internet.

How it works

1. In the VehicleViewer Debietmeters application, the user indicates on his on-board computer which meter he is going to pump the slurry to. This way, the transfer of the transport document number and the collected volume is done automatically to the MestBank. The principle is the same for manure. 

2. The driver is accompanied by the system throughout his work and is guided through the process. This preventive guidance helps to avoid errors. The menu scrolls in chronological order of the actions: permanent view of the work cycle (loading/unloading).

3. The system checks continuously the satellite connection, the GPRS connection and the connection with the VLM. An audible alert is sounded as soon as a connection problem occurs. A test message can also be sent at any time. 

4. A daily report is automatically sent by email. This report includes the flows and the weighings made the day before for each flowmeter and/or scale. This periodical file provides perfect information about the flows that need to be reported to the VLM.
