Why use TeamViewer CheckInAtWork?

Intended for construction companies, the TeamViewer CheckInAtWork is used to automate the legal obligation to record attendance workers, sub-contractors or freelancers performing real estate works on the construction site – commenced after 29/02/2016 – the amount of which is greater than or equal to €500,000. 

Operation

1. Each worker, sub-contractor or freelancer identifies himself by means of an on-board computer, a personalised key, an RFID badge (construbadge / universal badge) or via the back-office.

2. The worker, sub-contractor or freelancer as well as the employer receive a message within a minute confirming the registration at the ONSS (social security office) and also that the worker, sub-contractor or freelancer is authorised to start working. 

3. The employer or contractor need not see to any further registration operations. The time saved enables him to focus on his activity and to avoid sanctions which can amount to as much as €6,000.
